Well Drilling
DeLand’s trusted well drilling, pump repair, and water treatment company — locally owned since 1989, with 300+ five-star reviews from your neighbors across Volusia County.

Whether your existing well has run dry, you’re building new, or you want an irrigation well to cut your city water bill, a poorly planned well causes years of problems — low yield, contaminated water, or a pump that was never sized correctly for the well. Once it’s in the ground, fixing a badly drilled well costs far more than getting it right the first time.
We’ve drilled wells across DeLand, Deltona, DeBary, Orange City, and every corner of Volusia County for over 35 years. Our crews are licensed, trained, and insured, and we handle every permit and piece of paperwork so you don’t have to. We know the Floridan aquifer and Central Florida’s geology because we’ve been drilling into it since 1989 — not from a manual, from doing it.

We assess your property’s geology and water table to find the right depth and location.

Casing, pump, and pressure tank, done to code, with you updated on progress.

You get a working well with a clear warranty and a straightforward invoice — no surprises.

We install, service, repair, and maintain deep wells, jet pumps, submersible pumps, and pressure tanks. And there are real advantages to a private well even on a property with access to city water: lower water bills, naturally mineral-rich water straight from the Floridan aquifer without municipal chemicals like chlorine, and an irrigation source that doesn’t depend on city watering restrictions.

First of all I if I could rate this business 5+ stars I would. I noticed water pressure in the morning was much stronger than normal. I went out to Well and found that the points appeared to be stuck and that the pump was running continuously. I cleaned the contact points and it seemed to work appropriately but I did notice the switch appeared rusty and old. I called Kelli around 9am, explained what happened, and asked for an appointment to have it checked out. I emphasized it wasn't an emergency but she still came out that afternoon, and after checking it out changed out the old pressure switch and ensured it was operating correctly. Great service, reasonable price, and excellent customer service. Whenever I need service again Warensford Well Drilling will be my only call.

They took the time to answer all my questions and ensured the process went smoothly. The drilling was completed ahead of time with precision and care I now have a reliable water source thanks to their exceptional service. I highly recommend Warensford Well Drilling for anyone in need of well drilling or services!"

"I couldn't be happier with the work done on my well pump. From start to finish, the experience was professional, smooth, and stress-free. Kelli and Rick squeeze me in even though she had a very busy schedule they explained everything clearly, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. It's clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high quality service, and I won't hesitate to call them again for future projects five stars all the way!!!"

Depth depends on your property’s geology and how deep the water table sits in your area. We determine the right depth with a site evaluation before we start.
Most residential wells are completed in a few days. We’ll give you a specific timeline after the site evaluation.
Florida requires permits for well drilling to meet environmental and safety regulations. We handle all permitting and paperwork for you.
Cost depends on depth, location, and any site-specific factors we identify during the evaluation. You’ll get a clear cost breakdown before any work begins — no surprises or hidden charges.
A well can stop producing water due to seasonal changes or falling groundwater levels. We can evaluate the cause and recommend a fix — sometimes deepening the well, sometimes a different solution.

Serving homeowners across DeLand, Deltona, DeBary, DeLeon Springs, Orange City, Pierson, Seville, Barberville, and neighboring Seminole, Lake, and Flagler County communities.
